Hi,

is it possible to have a particular window always open up on the second
screen/desktop and even better survive the screen going to sleep?

I can do this for the app proper but this is not what I want.

You can configure a profile to be associated with a particular screen in Settings > Profiles > Window > Screen. It’s not super aggressive about keeping it on that screen, though. You might need an app like Stay (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stay/id435410196?mt=12) which I’ve used successfully in the past to work around macOS not remembering where windows belong.
