Hi All,

I Iterm2 has the annoying tendency to resize itself when I close the lid of my laptop (note that this behaviour is common but not 100% predictable) -- I attach a screenshot of how the window crept up 'overnight'.

The gory bits:

Build 3.1.6beta5

MacOS

10.13.4

(I can provide more intel as needed).

Cheers

F

Try turning on Prefs>Advanced>Terminal windows resize smoothly. I wonder if it's trying to snap to the grid and rounding in the wrong direction.

Nope, the issue is still there despite turning on the smooth resizing.

Sorry the long time to respond to you. Please file a bug and include a debug log reproducing the issue, at https://iterm2.com/bugs. Thanks!

I am playing with the line spacing — it is not reproducible at will so it might be a while before I can file a big with a log.

Cheers
