Cannot Change Text Color

Hello:

Am I the only iTerm2 user in the universe that cannot change the text color from the the default white??

I've tried the latest stable and the latest beta builds and the fricking text color will not change.

1. Preferences>>>Profiles>>>Text>>>Change Font
2. Click Text Color
3. Change text color to green
4. Close all Preferences windows
5. Text color in terminal is still white
6. Close and re-open iTerm2. Text color is still white

Maybe you're not changing the color in the profile that is being used.
Try doing Command-i, selecting the profile that you've changed the
text for, and clicking on "Change profile".
