ITERM PROBLEMS

Hi everyone i thought this would have been the best place to ask about this strange iterm behaviour. I've noticed recently that iterm(Build 3.5.14) whenever started will take 11gb of spaces at least, i don't really understand or what's going on but if i force quit -> open iterm it will take 11gb of spaces for some reasons(i have restoration policy on only restore hotkey). What should i do? If i need to share some config files pls let me know. Thanks
