tmux 3.1

Hi all

I have released tmux 3.1:

It is important to restart tmux entirely after upgrading to 3.1: an old
server and a new client will not always play nicely together.

I have released a patch release 3.1a which fixes a bug when detaching
using iTerm2's tmux integration.

I can confirm detaching works properly now. I played around with it a bit and didn't find any problems.

I have released a second patch release 3.1b which fixes a crash when the
allow-rename option is on (it is off by default) and a build problem on
some platforms.
