Memory consumtion

I am using the latest version and after my latest issue with the memory usage (Docker, PHPStorm, Android Studio...) I have foudn that the iTem2 consume about 8GB too. After reset it was about 100MB but now 1 day later it is about 220MB again. However the strange thing is whats going on there because I didnt use the terminal yet. It is just original window with prompt in home directory. Any idea how to optimize memory consuption?
