I am a new OS X user (1 Year) and love iTerm.  However I have gotten so used to using the '⌘' Command C that I find myself using it in iTerm2.  Is there a way to remap the ctrl c and ctrl v to be ⌘ (command) C  and  ⌘ (command) V?

Seems that there are a lots of information on doing some other remapping but not this type.  Does anyone else have the same issues?

No action is required. %-C and %-V work just fine as with any other OS X app.

You can remap control-c to send cmd-c by going to prefs>keys, clicking the + button to add a new mapping, click the first field and press control-c, in the popup menu for the action choose Select Menu Item (it's at the very bottom), and then in the bottommost popup that appears after you choose the action, pick Copy. Do something similar for control-p to make it paste.
