                     With SPROUT IT,just around the corner, please note the following points that will come in handy on D DAY:

1. Flexes.
2. Back stage and stage arrangements(with flowers, deep(lamp), trays,mementos,water- bottles, files- agenda for panelists)
3. Registration desk set up at atrium.
   
4. Lunch arrangements at pool side.
5. Pick and drop facility for panelists, judges.
6. IT arrangements in audi(projector for online tweets, another projector on stage).Video of SCIT and iTELF to be shown.
7. Volunteers for all of the above assigned.
8. Event volunteers to look after each event.
9. Mementos.
10. Prize distribution after each event.

Dear team, let us make sure that all the above is taken care of professionally and also we all make the event a GREAT SUCCESS.
