Hi Team,

There has been some gaps in the exact understanding about the events among the other teams, to bring everyone up to speed the following excel has been designed.

This is particularly useful for the PR teams when on field.

When printed it is a two page printout but gives you all the details at a glance and it is recommended for PR teams to keep a printout with them.

Any suggestions are welcome about info to be added to sheet.
