Dear All,

                   Since we are in the process of settling the accounts kindly submit the following:

1. @Ameya : All the details(name, event, prize- 1st,2nd runner up etc, address) of the winners for each event.
2. @ Preyas : submit the receipts that are with you.
3. @ Swapnil: as per our discussion submit the bills to accounts with separate student names.
4. @Varun:Sudeeksha and Janhavi: Prepare the Navankur digital copy and send it to vidyavati for uploading it on scit website.
5. @ Pankaj : Please finalize the Income Expenditure statement and send it to me.

Please note that all the above MUST BE completed by 27th September 2013 before 2.00 pm.
