Settling of accounts for SPROUT IT 13.

My dear iTELFs,

                  Please note that its time to settle the accounts for the event.

The following is expected from you all till Tuesday 24th Sept 2013.

1. @Akshay Jain - Complete the formalities with Union Bank and get the cheque.
2. All PR and Sponsorship teams: Claims settlement w.r.t petrol allowances.Submit the same to Swapnil K.
3. @Vivek : Please send a BIG thank you mails to all panelists judges, Director, faculty members and staff.
4. @Aditee : send a common thankyou mail to all the online PR ids we had mailed to.
5. Rishi Pratik Patil, Shrusti, Gaurav Soni, Nitin and Julee, Pratik Patni. : Please send a thank thank you mail to all sponsors. Please ask admin officer HR coordinator or Exam coordinators to sell off the excess T shirts if any.
6. Himanshu : Have a look at the iTELF room once and set the important things aside.Accordingly the room will be cleaned by the hose keeping.
7. @Pratik B: Send a mail mentioning the grievances to open markets and return back the money for virtual stocks as per our discussion.
8. @Apoorv : Please create all conslidated folder of all the snaps from Shray Biswajit, etc.
9. @Pratik and Rishi : Please bring the letter stamped from Jawed Habib,NIKS and Wills.
10. All of you submit all the receipts (yellow, white,red green - WHATEVER) to Swapnil immediately.
