We have used it twice. We had lots of employees who helped determine
at what level we thought we were providing service. Still, a secret
shopper approach may be better since college employees are often
biased (not always in the same direction) - and you can say that you
provide a high level of web-based service in a particular area, but
how easy is it to find, etc. etc. ???
