This CIO 10 Step process is so what we talked about at the academy. We
tend to get drawn into the daily emergencies and though we have those
wonderful goals, how often do we not get strayed in accomplishing
them? I like the "don't align with the business--be in the business".
The emphasis of performance objectives. That tends to be tougher, if
you don't have the power to make change. You can see the ship is off-
course, but the captain isn't budging.
