Hi, everyone!
荷兰政府对于部分家庭提供医疗保险补贴，咱们ITC的PhD应该都在这个范围，强烈建议大家申请。有人已经申请成功并提供了参考经验，具体内容如下。

use Google webpage translate.

And if you download a registration program from the website, then
after you finish filling the forms in the program, you need your DigiD
(Digital ID) to verify your personal information and submit the data
filled in the forms via internet. You can register your DigiD here:
http://www.digid.nl/. There are help in English on this website.

说明一下，申请这个DigiD之前要拿到你的BSN号，相当于税号。如果不知道的话，可以带上ID卡去市政厅问。

现在是申请08年的，有了记录后，09年包括以后10年、11年。。。的就不用申请，直接顺着时间给，直到离开荷兰。
