Dear all,

I got back home in Hong Kong safely and smoothly this morning. It's very nice to meet you all and thanks for your treats esp to Zhou Yuhong, Wang Guoming, Wang Xiang, Wu Tian Fei, and many many of you who helped me out since the first day I arrived ITC and the day when I needed to withdraw from the course. I really wish I could continue my study and get to know more about you guys, perhaps next year or in the future.

I will be admitted to the hospital for a more detailed examination tomorrow, and hope thing will go well. Will keep you posted.

For all of your who are graduating in Feb, wish you can finish your thesis smoothly and have a good trip back, and for the rest who will continue, keep going, "nu li , jia you" ! ^_^

Best Regards,

Meeling

Dear all,

Thanks for all of your emails and regards. I was hospitalised since 4 Feb and was back home yesterday. The MRI examination result showed that 2 discs of my lumber spine degenerated, one with crack and the other with slight protrusion. I was surprised to find out that, but this should be the main cause of the pain. I received physiotherapy treatment about 4 hours a day in the hospital, and it helps relieving the pain and improve the condition, but the doctor said it takes quite a while to get better (degeneration not reversible but can strengthen the back muscle later to prevent it from further deterioration). I will continue to have treatments (and need to swim probably) and hopefully could get back to normal soon. I can walk now and night back pain has gone finally since last Sunday, although still have stiffness at back and left leg and need to change position constantly.

Again, thanks for all of your help during my stay at ITC. Depending on my physical condition, I hope I would have chance to go back and study. I guess many of you are finishing your thesis and are ready to go back too. Best wishes! I will check this email account as long as it still works, and my other email addresses work, too. Keep in touch!

Best Regards,

Meeling
