Subject Matter Expert 3 – Java Developer for Health IT Connect
We are requesting a Java Developer resource to assist our client on their Health IT Initiatives. The resource will work with the existing Health IT team on updates to the MEGAHIT, NVF, and Connect Gateway applications.
Required Programming Language Experience · Java · SQL · Javascript · HTML
Required Java Experience · EJB: 1) Statelesss (sometimes referred to as SLSB) and 2) Message Driven Beans (MDB) (*Note: JMS experience is a good substitute. IBM MQ Series as a technology is a plus). · Web MVC: Struts 2 / Spring · Web: JSP / Servlet / HTML / Javascript · Java Persistence: JPA / Hibernate / OpenJPA · WebServices: JAX-WS / Apache CXF · XML-related: XML / XSD / XSL / WSDL · Database: Any SQL compliant databased experience (DB2 experience a plus)
Primary Desired Previous Experience · HL7 Clincical Document Architecture (CDA) – includes mentions of CCD and C-CDA; HL7 Certification as CDA Specialist is a plus · eHealth Exchange specification experience (formerly NHIN) · IHE specification experience · Familiarity with WS-* specifications (specifically WS-Security, WS-TRUST, SAML) · Connect or NHIN Connect experience · Solr/Lucene
Secondary Desired Previous Experience · Machine learning experience (model training) · Natural language processing (experience) · JBoss Drools (rules engine)
