We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can work from Hyderabad, India and identify candidates for opportunities in US. The tools will include online job boards, internal resume database, professional networking sites, social networking sites, etc.

Essential Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter you are responsible for identifying talent that meets specific customers’ requirements.
Will be involved in the complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.
Expertise working with Social Networking sites likes LinkedIn, etc.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals.
Interview potential candidates to check the communication and technical skills as per client’s needs & requirement.
Negotiate competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates.
Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database.
Experience in recruitment of IT Professionals and management level positions.
Coordinating with the US team on a daily basis.
A positive attitude and high level of commitment is a basic pre requisite to be a part of our team.
Qualifications:
3- 5 years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter for US clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Build long-term relationships with candidates.
Excellent organization and time management skills
High level of comfort working in an environment where following timelines and a sense of urgency are critical to the positions success
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent phone etiquette and communication
Display an aptitude to building a career in recruiting
