Description |
Required Skillsets: · Experience with Health IT and knowledge of general industry practices · Excellent communication and organization skills to conduct outreach with potential partners · Understanding of health IT standards (HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3, ASTM, C32, C62)
Desired Skillsets: · Knowledge of Continuity of Care Document (CCD) standards and constructs (C32) · Knowledge of Patient Confidentiality and Privacy Standards – Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). · Experience with management of the entire project lifecycle for the development of a health IT/EHR software solution deployment. · Previous involvement with common health IT industry organizations (CHIME, HIMSS, HL7, IHE) · Knowledge of experience in the following areas: o Experience validating or adhering to Health Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP) standards, HL7 and IHE standards. o Clinical technology, vocabulary, and standards. o Web Service security (WS-Security, WS-Addressing, SAML, XACML). o Health Informatics. o Technical rollouts to healthcare facilities. o Health IT-related legislation analysis and research
Required experience: · Bachelors +8 years of experience · Previous Experience with Health IT · Excellent oral and written communication skills
