Description	Web Technology Specialist / Open Government Web Manager   Required skills: ·         XML Spy ·         Dreamweaver ·         Microsoft Visio ·         GitHub ·         SharePoint 2013 ·         Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)   Role Responsibilities: ·         Maintain a full and up to date Enterprise Data Inventory and Public Data Listing ·         Update web pages associated with the datasets ·         Apply the knowledge of the law, OMB and White House directives to all tasks, and continue to stay abreast of new IT best practices to deliver products conforming to the directives. ·         Assess and recommend tools, methods, and formats to present data ·         On an ongoing bases, obtain and publish datasets as required ·         Ensure that the data quality meets law and regulations ·         Work with data owners to register their data to the Enterprise Data Inventory ·         Test and develop Application Programming Interfaces publicly available ·         Convert PDFs and HTML files to XML of the type shown as examples ·         Develop knowledge with Open Data and Big Data ·         Ensure all releases are 508 compliant   Required qualifications: ·         Bachelors +4 years of experience ·         Industry experience ·         Software specific requirements   Professional skills: ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills ·         Excellent time management ·         Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals ·         Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
Special Requirements	Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
