We are looking for process improvement/ quality assurance consultants.
Exp: 3 Yrs to 7 Yrs
Education: 10+2+3/ 10+2+4 (Mandatory)
Key Skills & Attributes:
Must have experience in any of the areas mentioned below;
- Assessing, defining and implementation of various standards, models and frameworks e.g., CMMi, Agile (preferably Scrum Master), ISO 9001, ISO 20K, ITIL/ISO 20K, ISO 27001, eSCM, CoPC, Cobit/SOx/GRC.
- Proficiency in Process Improvement Methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lateral Thinking, ToC, etc)
- Proficiency in various Tools (7 basic Tools, 5S, BPM Tools, VSM, VA/NVA Analysis, FMEA, QFD and Statistical Tools like Minitab)
- ITIL Foundation/Intermediate/Expert certified, Certified Agile Scrum Master, Certified FP Estimator
Must have work experience in any of the below mentioned Domains/ Verticals;
· BFSI
· Insurance & Healthcare
· BPO
· Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution and logistics
· IT/ ITES
· Supply chain
· Business Enabling Functions
Experience in any of the below areas of Quality Assurance is Mandatory;
INTERNAL CONSULTING:
· Knowledge of ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma (preferably GB certified)
· Familiar with various processes such as Development, Maintenance, Testing, Package Implementation, etc.
· Ability to analysis of metrics and come out with inferences and improvement opportunities
· Knowledge of Agile, various Estimation Models, Testing approaches
· Ability to conduct various types of audits and identify improvement opportunities
AUDITS:
· Audit Planning, Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
· Liaison with Delivery Management for Inputs, Audits Communication & Escalations
· Conducting audits of Delivery Managers, IT Delivery Projects, Functions, BPO Projects / Processes
· Liaison with Certification Body for External Audits Logistics Planning & Closure
· Conduct Internal Auditor Workshops
· Audit Process Automation & Improvement
Business Excellence:
· Assessment using Industry recognized Business Excellence Frameworks (e.g., Baldrige (MBNQA), EFQM, CII-EXIM, RBNQA, Deming, iSOP or TBEM etc)
· Interact with the cross functional teams to Deploy the iGATE Business Excellence Framework
· Working knowledge of carrying out improvement initiatives, Understanding of DMAIC lifecycle
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, experience in Data Analysis
· Certifications / Assessment using Business Excellence Framework like Baldrige (MBNQA), EFQM, CII-EXIM, RBNQA, Deming, iSOP or TBEM – Knowledge / experience in any of these tools
