Hi Everyone
I am working on an article related to "Recession". Is there anyone of you who has worked or is still working with ITES or BPO industry. I would like to understand how the company / industry coped with this problem of recession. What kind of changes happened in the company etc. I'll send in a set of questions & would request you to please answer them.
I can assure you that your identity would be confidential or your name would not appear in the article anywhere.
Of course, I would want to know the name of the company you would be talking about.
