Customers can opt between keyfobs or different type of cards. The cost of getting a keyfob in place of a card is the same. Our keyfobs are very popular with customers due to their durability and the convenience of attaching their house keys to them. It is also more compact and light and can be easily carried on the pocket .

Do make appointment (At least 20 minutes before coming down) if you are going down to any of our locations so that we can ensure someone will be around to assist you with the duplication. We also provide at site duplication services where customers are able to test their cards immediately.

Most of the time, duplication will take around 5 to 10 minutes. It will be done on the spot and customers are requested to wait for a few minutes for the card to be duplicated. This usually applies to standard rfid cards (125khz) and mifare card types. 80% of most cards are normally standard rfid cards (125khz).

For more complicated cards like iclass* and special cards* like indala, ioprox, keri, it might take slightly longer depending on the complexity of the card. Please check with our staff directly for the time taken when you come down.

Normally cash is preferred but we are able to also accept cheques made out to "Arts of Maya" if yours is a company cheque and if you are doing a minimum of 30 cards. Invoices / Receipts are provided for all our duplications and are to be retained by the client for their warranty purposes.

Service 66 currently operates between Jurong East and Bedok Bus Interchanges. It duplicates the DTL2 between Beauty World and Little India and DTL3 between Jalan Besar and Bedok Reservoir extensively. Ridership of Service 66 has fallen with the opening of DTL, in particular along the sectors parallel to the rail line. Therefore, with effect from 12 December 2021, Service 66 will be amended to operate from Jurong East Bus Interchange and loop at Beauty World. Automobile Association of Singapore (AA) is the authorised organisation to issue International Driving Permit in Singapore. Following the Convention Road Traffic of 19 September 1949, this international driving licence issued by AA Singapore is valid for 1-year from the date of issue.

Our outlets are also open on weekends, for immediate issuance upon successful application.

The Carnet De Passages En Douane (CPD) is the international customs document which covers the temporary admission of vehicles and is usually valid for one year. It is still required today in numerous countries around the world for the temporary admission of private automobiles, commercial vehicles or other categories of motor vehicles, including Singapore.

An IDP applicant who intends to drive in Sri Lanka, needs to visit the AA Ceylon or Department of Motor Transport, with a valid Singapore driving license and IDP, to obtain a temporary driving license in order to drive there. IDP is meant for social visit purpose.
