Following the transition of the IZA Network to its new home at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), we are happy to continue the tradition of fostering the next generation of labor economists through the IZA@LISER Summer School in Labor Economics. The Summer School provides PhD students (second year and above) with a unique environment to learn from leading researchers and discuss their own work with peers and senior faculty. Learning & ExchangeDuring the three-day event, students will participate in lectures by the featured scholars and present their own research. The school aims to create an environment that encourages the exchange of ideas and provides students with valuable feedback on their research projects. Travel & AccommodationLISER will provide and cover three nights of accommodation (shared double rooms) and meals for all invited students. Participants are expected to arrive for the start of the program on June 1 and stay for the full duration. Travel support may be provided upon request on a case-by-case basis for students unable to secure funding through their home institutions.
We look forward to receiving your applications and to welcoming you to Remich this June.
