Rainer Wessler
Creative Director
Rainer works at frog design in Shanghai as a Creative Director and has
more than 10 years of professional creative experience. Among all
creative disciplines it’s strategic design, innovation processes and
concept design that Rainer feels most passionate about.
Before joining frog Rainer worked at iconmobile in London as Head of
strategic design overseeing both national and international creative
projects as well as facilitating creative and strategic
conversations.
Prior to his role at iconmobile Rainer has been managing the concept
design team at Vodafone Group. This role involved defining, testing
and executing future service concepts that support the group's vision
and strategy. Before joining Vodafone Rainer Wessler worked as a
creative lead at Sapient.
Rainer holds a degree in psychology and has been focusing on
ergonomics, user centered design processes and evaluation during his
study.

Frog Design Strengthens Creative Leadership with New Appointments
Global innovation firm frog design today announced that it is
expanding its creative leadership team with several new appointments.
The new hires underscore frog's commitment to enhancing its diverse
expertise and building on its strong growth in multiple practice areas
including industrial design, digital media design, and brand strategy.
Previously Creative Director for Nike's Tech Lab, Max Burton joins
frog's San Francisco studio as Executive Creative Director. In his
role at Nike, Burton worked with Nike Digital to provide connected
consumer experiences that seamlessly combine product, service and
community. His most recent success includes Nike's partnership with
Apple for the launch of Nike+. Prior to Nike, Burton worked for OXO
International, and as VP of Design for Smart Design in New York, where
he led projects for clients including Duracell, HP, Imation,
Panasonic, and XM Satellite Radio, among others.
Joining frog's New York studio, Hans Neubert has been appointed
Executive Creative Director. An expert in brand and digital creative
work, Neubert was most recently an Executive Creative Director at
Avenue A|Razorfish. Previously, he spent six years at VSA Partners in
New York. Prior experience includes roles at AOL and Red Sky
Interactive where he worked on projects ranging from digital
communications and integrated brand programs to packaging,
advertising, editorial, retail and print design. Neubert's clients
have included Altoids, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Dow Jones, IBM, Mattel,
Microsoft, MTV, Nikon, Sony, Steelcase, and Texaco.
Expanding frog's creative team in Shanghai, Rainer Wessler joins as
Creative Director. Prior to joining frog, Wessler worked as head of

global clients including Nokia, O2, Samsung, and Visa. Previously,
Wessler worked with the Vodaphone Group User Experience team in
