We are pleased to invite you to "The Present of Research is Open", the 5th Annual Meeting of the Italian Reproducibility Network (ITRN), taking place on February 13th, 2026 in Verona.
On February 12th, a hands-on workshop will be held, offering practical insights and skills in open and reproducible science.
Our conference will feature keynote talks by internationally renowned speakers:
Nathan Faivre (Université Grenoble Alpes, France), inaugural talk on the importance of open science in winning ERC grants. Dr. Faivre is both a Starting and Consolidator ERC grantee.
Juliana Elisa Raffaghelli (University of Padua; Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Spain; Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos, Argentina), on FAIR Data Cultures in Higher Education and open science of qualitative data.
Sabina Leonelli (Technical University of Munich), on the philosophy of open science and its impact on contemporary research.
The meeting will also include a poster session, with four prizes to be awarded.
