Hello All,
the upcoming edition of Adriatica Summer School 2025, will take place in Pescara on September 8-12 2025, under the theme:
“Brain-Body Interactions and Wellbeing.”
Adriatica is an immersive, interdisciplinary summer school that brings together students, researchers, and leading experts from fields such as neuroscience, psychology, physiology, physics, and philosophy. This year, there will be explored how brain-body dynamics influence perception, cognition, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Participants will benefit from a rich academic program that includes keynote lectures, student presentations, and two major highlights:
-A symposium on Cardio-Respiratory Rhythms and the Brain, focusing on interoception, emotion, and mental health
-A hands-on methodological workshop on Network Physiology, including data analysis techniques and computational tools for studying physiological systems
Beyond the academic agenda, Adriatica is known for its welcoming atmosphere, engaging discussions, and vibrant community. With beach outings and social events in a breathtaking coastal setting, this is a unique opportunity for both learning and connection.
