Meta-research Summer School – Call for Applications

Dear ITRN community,

 

If you are interested in research quality, reproducibility, and transparency, the QUEST Center of the Berlin Institute of Health is organizing an exciting training opportunity for you!

 

The Meta-research Summer School (June 15-20, near Frankfurt, Germany) provides hands-on experience in studying the research process and testing interventions to improve research quality, culture, and practice. Participants will work in small groups with experienced meta-researchers to design and start meta-research (or "science of science") studies. The projects can continue after the summer school with the goal of completing and publishing the research.

The school is open to researchers from any discipline and will feature expert instructors, including Tracey Weissgerber, Malcolm Macleod, Anita Bandrowski, Malte Elson, Rachel Heyard, Vladislav Nachev, and Ian Hussey.
