We request you to kindly communicate this update to the respective students. The internship letter detailing terms and conditions will be issued shortly. You are requested to guide and encourage the selected candidates to prepare for the mandatory in‑person internship, which is expected to commence shortly. The detailed schedule will be communicated separately.
Post-internship, candidates will be considered for Full-Time Employment (FTE), subject to the following conditions:
- Successful completion of their undergraduate degree from the University with a minimum aggregate of 65% and no active backlogs.
- B.E/B. Tech Graduation passing Year 2026.
- There should be no behavior/ attitude /performance-based issues while undergoing internship.
- Compliance to the terms and conditions of internship letter.
After FTE conversion :
1. CTC to be offered: 3.75 LPA
2. Selected Candidates should be willing to work on any assignment assigned by HCLTech including 24*7 operations and Shifts, willing to learn.
3. Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case they leave before completing 12 months, they are liable to pay 50K to the organization.
4. Selected Candidates should be Willing to work in any location within India or abroad as assigned by HCLTech
Students who have been selected for this program are expected to remain committed to HCLTech throughout the duration of the internship and must refrain from applying to any other internship or employment opportunities during this period.
