Greetings!!
As discussed, we have planned the Hackathon for the training shortlisted candidates on 7th Apr 2026, Tuesday.
For the Day of Hackathon, request you to please arrange the following for the drive:-
1. Please ensure all candidates to be on time for the in-person drive. No candidates will be allowed if they arrive late.
2. We would also require a hall with a projector to accommodate candidates, Panels. Along with that we would require 10 panel rooms for final demo session.
3. Each candidate must carry their laptop.
4. We would require strong internet connectivity for the Hackathon
5. Request you to provide blank sheets and pen to the panels.
6. The process will start at 08:30 AM. Please ask the candidates to be present at the campus by 08:30 AM.
7. Kindly arrange 3 to 4 coordinators for managing the drive.
8. Please help us with the squad details as discussed over call by 3:00 pm tomorrow.
9. Kindly help us with their Github links post the Hackathon.
