Technical interview update

Dear Professor,

Greetings from Cognizant!

We’re pleased to share the list of candidates who have successfully cleared the technical assessment and are shortlisted for the upcoming in-person technical interview as part of the 2026 Ace Team campus hiring drive. Interview date, time, and venue will be communicated shortly.

Note: As mentioned earlier, if a student is mapped to Senior associate level interview and does not get selected, then Associate level fitment will also be checked in the same interview.

Candidates will receive an email from Superset (notifi...@email.joinsuperset.com) with the interview details and prerequisites to be followed. Kindly advise them to regularly check their registered email address for upcoming updates.

Please note that Cognizant has a zero-tolerance policy towards any malpractice, inappropriate behaviour, or unacceptable clothing during the interview. We request you to advise candidates to strictly adhere to the do’s and don’ts mentioned below while appearing for the interview.

Do’s

ü  Arrive at the interview venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid any unforeseen delays.

ü  Bring college ID card, copies of resume, 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG & PG original marksheets, industry accredited certification (if any) and any other educational documents for the verification process.

ü  Dress in formal attire to present yourself professionally.

ü  Communicate in English language only.

ü  Be prepared to discuss your experience and skills in detail.

ü  Ensure personal laptop is fully charged and web-cam enabled.

Don’ts

×      Never use casual language; maintain a professional demeanour throughout the interview.

×      Do not engage in any form of malpractice during the interview. This includes
impersonation, use of unauthorized materials or devices, seeking external assistance, or misrepresenting your credentials. Any violation will lead to immediate disqualification.

Note:

·      At any point in time, if the self-profile declared by the student during the
registration process is found to be false or if the student is found to have indulged in any sort of malpractice at any stage, the application will be withdrawn.

·      The final decision on the candidate screening, eligibility for assessment, interview and final selection will be at the sole discretion of Cognizant.

·      If selected, candidates will be subject to internal audit process. In case, any observation is found to be inappropriate, it will lead to a withdrawal of the selection.
