I am attaching a MS Word file - let me know if you want a different file format (PDF?).

I went ahead and put volunteers into roles in the notes - some confirmed, some suggested (marked with a ?).    Also, just re-confirming that I will be freeing up between 6 to 10 feet of depth to enable the Maker Faire folks to put a row of makers off the "backend" of the FTC pit area.

It is going to be a great, fun time and Mark and I both truly appreciate everyone's help and input.
