Greetings from GTU Innovation Council (PMMS Team)…..!!!

 

All final year B.E. students, prior to their external examination are compulsorily required to complete all tasks related to their project on PMMS portal: http://projects.gtu.ac.in/ , and have to generate Competition Certificate via said portal.

 

As per data available with university, your PMMS details are as below:

Students have to finish all following activities via PMMS portal.

 

1.       PERIODIC PROGRESS REPORT (PPR):  -

For all students (individually), at least FOUR PPR reports have to be submitted. IT IS COMULSORY TO HAVE A COMMENT ON YOUR PROGRESS REPORT EITHER BY YOUR GUIDE/HOD/PRINCIPAL. If there will be no comment on PPR by guide/HOD/Principal, then in completion certificate the status will be displayed as PENDING.

2.      PATENT DRAFTING EXERCISE (PDE):

Each student team is required to generate three basic patent filing forms (Form 1, 2 & 3) related to their project, if any one of these three forms will be pending then this will be shown as pending in completion certificate.

 

3.      BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC) IMAGE UPLOAD:

 

4.      BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC) REPORT UPLOAD:

Each student team is required to prepare Business Model Canvas based on their project and required to upload the image of BMC as well as its report at PMMS portal.

 

5.      PROJECT REPORT UPLOAD:

Each student team has to upload softcopy of their project report at PMMS portal.

 

6.      PLAGIARISM REPORT UPLOAD:

Each student team has to upload plagiarism report, related to their project report obtained from any open source service provider at PMMS portal.

 

 

After completion of all above activities, generate completion certificate, take signature of your guide and attaché certificate to the project report and show to the external examiner in examination.
