Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java/React Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java, ReactJS, and enterprise-level application development. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Spring Boot, RDBMS, Agile methodologies, and architectural design, with proven experience building scalable, high-performance applications. Prior experience with One App and One Data platforms is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Core, Data, Security).
· Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for front-end and back-end development.
· Actively contribute across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
· Build and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and web applications for scalability and performance.
· Ensure responsive, user-friendly UI/UX with proficiency in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Redux, Webpack, and related tools.
· Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, leveraging SOA principles and design patterns (Factory Method, Singleton, Command).
· Utilize modern development tools including Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
· Manage project tasks and reporting with Jira, Rally, or similar project management tools.
· Support credit card servicing and fraud systems integration to align with enterprise business needs.
· Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure stability of day-to-day operations.
· Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver robust solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
· 8+ years of experience in Java Development, Architecture, and open-source technologies.
· Strong proficiency in:
o ReactJS, Redux, Flux, Webpack, Enzyme, React Testing Library
o Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Security
o REST APIs, RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
· Hands-on knowledge of SOA, Agile methodology, and design patterns.
· Proficiency in responsive UI development, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with RCA experience.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
· Prior experience with One App and One Data platforms.
· Knowledge of credit card servicing and fraud systems.
· Architectural design and innovative solutioning experience.
