Job Opportunity:CSM BPC

Location:100% Remote  

Duration:Contract

 

Must be an active certification of CSM

 

Key Responsibility 

Role Overview:
The CSM BPC works with business stakeholders to analyze customer service processes, gather requirements, and design solutions in ServiceNow Customer Service Management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand customer service processes and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • Configure and support case management, knowledge management, SLAs, and portals.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers during implementation.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
  • Support testing, training, and documentation for end users.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM module.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes.
  • Good communication and requirement gathering skills.
  • Familiarity with workflows, integrations, and portals in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM certifications preferred.
