Role
Overview:
The CSM BPC works with business stakeholders to analyze customer service
processes, gather requirements, and design solutions in ServiceNow Customer
Service Management.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand customer service
processes and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow CSM
solutions.
- Configure and support case management, knowledge
management, SLAs, and portals.
- Collaborate with architects and developers during
implementation.
- Provide guidance on best practices and process
improvements.
- Support testing, training, and documentation for end
users.
Skills
& Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM module.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes.
- Good communication and requirement gathering skills.
- Familiarity with workflows, integrations, and
portals in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM certifications preferred.
