Executive (Customer Support / Software Support / Technical Support) –
Ahmedabad
Essential Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in Windows Servers and MS SQL server is must
- Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
- Good document and technical skills.
- Must have good communication skill and customer correspondence
- Remote troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis
for complex product issues
- Communicates effectively to internal and external customers as
necessary through a variety of mediums.
- Provide documented in-depth technical solutions for customer and
other engineers
- Manage caseload of multiple critical and managed care customers
- Provide account focused support for selected customers
- Provide documentation and direct feedback to Customers, Account
Managers, Sales and other Technical Support co-workers as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write technical articles outlining problems resolution
and troubleshooting steps (Contribute knowledge to the knowledge base)
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Solid problem solving skills and proven technical trouble shooting
skills
- Motivated, self–starter with ability to also work well in a team
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively on complex customer
issues within tight time constraints
- Ready to work in shifts
