Support Engineer (Software).
Essential Responsibilities:
Hands on experience in Windows Servers and MS SQL server is must
Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
Good document and technical skills.
Must have good communication skill and customer correspondence
Remote troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis
for complex product issues
Communicates effectively to internal and external customers as
necessary through a variety of mediums.
Provide documented in-depth technical solutions for customer and
other engineers
Manage caseload of multiple critical and managed care customers
Provide account focused support for selected customers
Provide documentation and direct feedback to Customers, Account
Managers, Sales and other Technical Support co-workers as appropriate.
Requirements:
Any Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 years experience in customer support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write technical articles outlining problems resolution
and troubleshooting steps (Contribute knowledge to the knowledge base)
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Solid problem solving skills and proven technical trouble shooting
skills
Motivated, self–starter with ability to also work well in a team
Ability to work efficiently and effectively on complex customer
issues within tight time constraints
Ready to work in shifts
