Panamax Infotech Limited,(Ahmedabad - India) is hiring Technical
Support Engineer (Software).
Essential Responsibilities:
 Hands on experience in Windows Servers and MS SQL server is must
 Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
 Good document and technical skills.
 Must have good communication skill and customer correspondence
 Remote troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis
for complex product issues
 Communicates effectively to internal and external customers as
necessary through a variety of mediums.
 Provide documented in-depth technical solutions for customer and
other engineers
 Manage caseload of multiple critical and managed care customers
 Provide account focused support for selected customers
 Provide documentation and direct feedback to Customers, Account
Managers, Sales and other Technical Support co-workers as appropriate.

Requirements:
 Any Bachelors Degree
 Minimum 2 years experience in customer support
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to write technical articles outlining problems resolution
and troubleshooting steps (Contribute knowledge to the knowledge base)
 Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
 Solid problem solving skills and proven technical trouble shooting
skills
 Motivated, self–starter with ability to also work well in a team
 Ability to work efficiently and effectively on complex customer
issues within tight time constraints
 Ready to work in shifts
