Exchanger 2003 Migration

Present setup :-
Windows 2003 Land scape

1 ) Forest A + Exchange 2003 Orginazation A( smtp :- amit.mydomain.com)
1 ) Forest B + Exchange 2003 Orginazation B (smtp :- gaurang.yourdomain.com)

Now requirement.

Phase one :

1) Add one more SMTP of Forest B ( gaurang.yourdomain.com &
gaurang.mydomain.com)

what is best work out here. ( Forst A in India where Forest B in USA)

Phase two we also want to migrate domain user & exchange mail box.
