Position: Intune Administrator for Mobile Devices
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Job Description:

Role Description:- Handling Intune Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities.
Must have skills:- Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) / Microsoft Intune / Mobile Iron/ AirWatch must have 8+ years of experience.
Candidate should have good communication skills and must be at client location.
Good to have skill:- Intune Desktop Management.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Support user in Enrolment of device via Company Portal.
2. Knowledge of Apple DEP automated Enrollment.
3. MDM: End-of-end knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console.
4. Working knowledge/deployment of AirWatch Acc, MAG, and other integration components.
5. Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern workplace offerings:
a. Mobile device management - Intune
b. Data Security
d. Windows Autopilot setup & provisioning
6. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
1. Experiencing in customer support, product support, IT Admin Support, consulting or solutions architect or systems development.
7. Technical experience with Microsoft 365 security (Windows Defender/Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite.
8. Maintain and update the security Hardening parameters for installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenants.
9. Enforce MAM policies and procedures in the Intune environment.
10. Provide a platform for the Mobile device environment including coordination with third parties and other teams within the client ecosystem as needed.
13. Distribute Software and apps "over -the air" on all platforms & OS.
14. Enable employee self-activation of corporate and BYODs.
15. Provide services for real-time cost management (License Harvesting) and policy enforcement.
