Job Description:
Fully Remote work, 8a-5p Mon-Fri (Boca Raton, FL candidates preferred but not required)
Candidate MUST have Qlik Sense and solid Excel skills. If they have worked with SAP that is a plus!
Candidates who have worked for pharma, medical device manufacturing or biotech type companies are preferred as well
Position Requirements :
• Responsible for working in support of the innovation function to develop program dashboards. Works closely with program leadership, workgroup and program team members, innovation department colleagues, and stakeholders to understand, develop, deliver, and continuously improve dashboard and reporting capabilities.
• Creation of Data Visualizations and dashboard development using Qlik Sense data modeling to provide easy and timely
access to data for use in supporting the decision-making process.
• Data Steward responsible for overseeing data from source systems. Aids in ensuring the validity of all data loaded into data systems by following appropriate business rules, metrics and validation criteria.
• Coordinates with all stakeholders (including all function heads, DD’s, RD’s, ADOQ’s, OE roles, etc.) to identify useful data
and to interpret data in an unbiased fashion to help make the right adjustments/improvements
• Makes data and metrics available, in a timely and efficient manner, to enable all functions to access key data, react
quickly and ultimately optimize costs and efficiencies.
• Develop, write, and present detailed technical functional specifications to bring data from source systems into the data warehouse.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required with background in data analytics, computer science, information technology discipline or
business area preferred
• 4+ years of experience in data modeling, analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• Experience in Data Visualizations and dashboard development Qlik Sense data modeling
• Advanced data modeling, analytic, metrics and reporting skills
• “Power User” in Building and designing intuitive data visualizations and dashboard development, Qlik Sense data modeling
• Advanced system skills (Qlik Sense, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly motivated, independent contributor who anticipates business needs while tracking deadlines and plan progress
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated industry (preferred)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and Microsoft Project skills (preferred)
