Informatica Developer
Austin, TX, Remote
2 Rounds of Client Interview
· Overall 8+Years of Experience profiles preferred.
· 4+ years of industry work experience in Informatica 9.x and above
· Strong Data Warehousing skills including: Data cleanup, ETL and handling scalability issues for enterprise level data warehouse implementing troubleshooting and optimizing distributed solutions based on Informatica product.
· Experience extracting data from a variety of sources, and a desire to expand those skills (working knowledge SQL)
· Excellent Data Analysis skills.
· Experience handling Unix systems.
Position-2
Machine Learning/ML Engineer – 02 Positions
Location: Remote, Can be Anywhere, Preferably in West Coast or someone who can work in PST
- 5+ years of industry experience or a PhD + 2 years industry experience in applied Machine learning.
- Strong coding skills in Python/Java/Scala or equivalent
- Experience with distributed data processing tools like Hive, Spark, Airflow and popular ML frameworks like Tensorflow or Pytorch is preferred
- Solid understanding of engineering best practices and complexities of models in production
- Experience developing and productionizing machine learning models is a plus
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Spark is a plus
- Experience with distributed data processing tools like Hive, Spark, Airflow is a plus
- Industry experience building end-to-end Machine Learning Infrastructure a bigplus
Position- 3
Data Engineer 2 – 2 Positions
CA, Remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop and automate large scale, high-performance data processing systems (batch and/or streaming) to drive Airbnb business growth and improve the product experience.
- Build scalable Spark data pipelines leveraging Airflow scheduler/executor framework
- Design our data models for optimal storage and retrieval and to meet critical product and business requirements.
- Understand and influence logging to support our data flow, architecting logging best practices where needed
- Contribute to shared Data Engineering tooling & standards to improve the productivity and quality of output for Data Engineers across the company
- Improve data quality by using & improving internal tools to automatically detect issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets to identify gaps and inconsistencies, provide data insights, and advance effective product solutions
- Experience designing and deploying high performance systems with reliable monitoring and logging practices
- Working knowledge of relational databases and query authoring (SQL).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Position- 4
Data Engineer 1 – 2 Positions
CA, Remote
Responsibilities:

- Working knowledge of relational databases and query authoring (SQL).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong experience using ETL framework (ex: Airflow, Flume, Oozie etc.) to build and deploy production-quality ETL pipelines.
- Experience building batch data pipelines in Spark Scala.
- Strong understanding of distributed storage and compute (S3, Hive, Spark)
- General software engineering skills (Java or Python, Github)
Position-5
Data Scientist / Data Analyst
Location: Anywhere in US but willing to work Pacific hours.
Data Scientist / Data Analyst Requirements
· 3+ years of data science, data analytics, or business intelligence experience
· Strong understanding of SQL ( Strong - Strong)
· Experience with conducting data analysis in Python and / or R
· Experience building clear and easy to understand dashboards and presentations (Tableau - Strong )
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to cross functional partners of varying technical levels
· Ability to define relevant metrics that can guide and influence stakeholders to appropriate and accurate insights
Pluses
· Familiarity with Superset
· Familiarity with running weblab experiments, efficacy studies, or product validation tests
· Familiarity with machine learning basics
· Familiarity with Airbnb infrastructure, including Airflow, Presto SQL, and Hive SQL
· Experience creating and maintaining data pipelines
· Experience supporting engineering product work
