here's the template, however its empty because apparently you're not allowed to save typed data into the form... does anybody care to have a go at it and fill it out?

I added the search warrant nw guys. All that's left is to fill it out, do the exhibits (I don't know what they are), and print it.

I'm not sure if this is correct for the exhibits, but I found this sample

and based off that would these be some possible exhibits for our case?

1. Photographs of the defendant
2. Flight itinerary (since they are using a fake passport to travel so to trace timing or something?)

3. FTK image of the defendant's electronic devices?

4. Summary of the cell phone bill (assuming it was used to communicate?)

5. Excerpted criminal records - defendant (may have conducted similar activities in the past?)

6. Copy of an originial passport (to prove the one the defendant is using is fake?)

 

Just wanted to confirm that I was understanding this right, before I add it to the document. Do these exhibits have to relate to
Also she mentioned that our probable cause had to be expanded? Is that yet to be done as well?

we don't have to do the exhibits, the exhibits is what we're gonna collect in class... my concern is with the rest of the template because since it can't be saved im not sure how we're gonna be able to submit it... maybe as a screenshot or copy and paste everything into a word doc?

Oh ok, that works. And do we know who will be submitting it? Since we only need one submission per group.

I think we are good to go. Unless someone has any issues, I'll submit it around 9ish just to make sure everyone responds. If anyone wants to volunteer to print, they can.
