Wells Fargo – ServiceNow Developer – Chandler AZ or Minneapolis MN - $69.50/hr w2

Minimum Required Qualifications:

3 plus years of general working knowledge of ServiceNow (update sets, data knowledge, table constructs, scripting/script includes, ACLs, app scopes concepts)
Basic relational database concepts; Data Import / Export Sets, REST/Table API
Strong grasp of CSDM and CMDB structure/relationships; can translate service models into reliable analytics.
Agile/Scrum practitioner with experience in ATF, versioning, and release pipelines.
Excellent stakeholder communication; ability to translate business KPIs into technical solutions.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Need experience in Metric Definitions, Metric Instance, Script Includes, Scheduled Scripts
UI Builder, Platform Analytics
Solid SQL and data modeling skills, Data models, Cubes
Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse)
Familiarity with Predictive Intelligence (classification, similarity, clustering) and model lifecycle.
ServiceNow CSA, CAD; plus CIS (e.g., ITSM, Discovery, CMDB), Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro?Cert, Predictive Intelligence Micro?Cert. [Must get CSA prior to fully onboarding]
Power BI & SQL Server Management experience
Data governance background (glossary, lineage, stewardship) and PII/security controls.
Experience with Data Archiving: archive table design, off?platform storage patterns.
Exposure to Discovery/Service Mapping and how those affect CMDB data quality and reporting.
