Dear Principal/Placement,

We are so happy that finally we are having our convocation almost after two and half years of our graduation.

Initially we received invite dated 9th dec and now suddenly we are surprised to see the date is preponed.

Please note that convocation date is not on the weekend and we working people and our friends in different location had already made their arrangement but now it all went in vain.

Still we have 2 more weeks and we will be waiting for another surprise of change in date back to 9th dec.

Also could you please explain us why the amount 50 will not be refunded? Is this amount going to be for our feast.

This mail is not an individual concern but its the voice of whole 2014 graduate without identity.

I hope the management understands our dissent and do the needful.

We will be waiting for your positive comments.
