GRADUATION DAY INVITATION! - IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

If not registered please register in the below google form for Graduation day registration

Instructions:

Lunch has been arranged for the students attending the alumni meet between 1.00PM to 2.00PM you are requested to be there by 12.00PM for lunch

Alumni Meet : 2.30PM to 4.30PM

Registration : 1.00PM to 4.30PM

Hi-Tea for students and parents : 4.30PM to 5.00PM

Graduation day celebration : 5.00PM to 8.30PM

Dinner has been arranged for the students & parents between 8.30PM to 9.30PM

Graduation day photographs will be mail to the individual mail ID's

Students are requested to bring Rs. 250/- as a change for graduation day gowns ( Rs. 200/- will be refunded after returning the gown)

Function with the Blue colour concept ( Please come in formal dress (blue shade))

1.Lawspet (Starting Point Sivaji Statue @ 2:45 PM) - Muruga theatre signal - Kathirkamam - MVIT college campus.

2. Muthialpet (Starting Point Ezhai Mariamman Kovil @ 2:45 PM)- New Bus stand - IG Square - MVIT college campus.
