Hello Principal and Management of MIT ,

 

I am happy to hear the news about the " Graduation meet " very much and to meet my colleagues and Professors and  Management people .  

               Few days ago we received information about the meet which is going to be held on December 9th and hence we had planned ahead for the meet ,but later received an email that it has been arranged a day ahead to Dec -9th , i.e (Dec 8th ) ,

               which would be bit difficult since we most colleagues work in Private Organizations and some are in different locations.  

 

               I hope you know the difficulties when working in Private is , to get some time to be spent with the old & lovable  mates which would be not so easy  :)   (just smileys)  and attending for a Day (Thursday) is like a mid-week where it would be difficult for travelling . 

               We all are completely eager to meet each in person and have a good selfie pic with our Principal , Professors and our fellow mates & have a everlasting moment once in lifetime (REUNION)

               Humble request , if there is a possibility to keep the function on Dec -9th (Original Date as informed ) we would all be so happy and appreciate your efforts and am happy to hear about our Governor's meet . Hoping for the best .

Registration : 1.00PM to 4.30PM

Alumni Meet : 2.30PM to 4.30PM

Hi-Tea : 4.30PM to 5.00PM

Graduation day celebration : 5.00PM to 8.30PM

Lunch has been arranged for the students attending the alumni meet between 1.00PM to 2.00PM

Graduation day photographs will be mail to the individual mail ID's

Students are requested to bring Rs. 250/- as a change for graduation day gowns ( Rs. 200/- will be refunded after returning the gown)
