YOU ARE CORDIALLY  INVITED FOR THE SECOND GRADUATION DAY TO BE HELD ON 08th December 2016 ( Thursday)

Registration : 1.00PM to 4.30PM

Alumni Meet : 2.30PM to 4.30PM

Hi-Tea : 4.30PM to 5.00PM

Graduation day celebration : 5.00PM to 8.30PM

Lunch has been arranged for the students attending the alumni meet between 1.00PM to 2.00PM

Graduation day photographs will be mail to the individual mail ID's

Students are requested to bring Rs. 250/- as a change for graduation day gowns ( Rs. 200/- will be refunded after returning the gown)

Hi Principal and Management,

 

We were very glad to know our most awaited occasion - “Our Convocation/ Graduation Day” is about to happen after 2 years.

 

Initially we were informed it’s going to be held on Dec - 9^th , so we booked flight tickets and applied leaves for the auspicious occasion.

 

Later after a week, we got shocking news that our occasion is pre pounded to Dec 8^th which might be very tedious for us to digest after spending so much on it, personally I have spent 7000 for flight tickets alone.

 

4 years of hard work, struggles, arrears, critical situation, scolding, punishments and all un-termed pains gets fulfilled with happiness only on Our Convocation/ Graduation Day.

 

We need to be together on our Convocation with friends, teachers and with our beloved parents and get the degree certificate , the chief guest might be any higher official and political party, I have no worries on it.

 

My last humble request is to revert back the changes and make it happen on 9^th and fulfil my parents dreams.

Dear Principal/Management,

As you all know "CONVOCATION" will be the most memorable and forever cherishing occasion for all the students in their career and we are very happy to receive it from our Lieutenant Governor Mrs.Kiran Bedi

Initially it was about to held on Dec 9th (Friday)and that will be convenient for everyone of us to join and enjoy this occasion 

Now it is going to happen on Dec 8th (Thursday) and this will be tough for many of us to commute on the same day from our places and many of us will not be able to make it since 

it is mid of a week due to their job situations 

We kindly request you on behalf of all the Department students to make it happen on Dec 9th (friday) and make this occasion memorable one forever!!
