Nota dalle FAQ:

Even static IPs which do not send mail should be listed in the PBL.

Da qui la mia richiesta sul punto 3.
Altri simpaticoni sono quelli di Trend Micro:

Anche GMail mette tutti i messaggi provenienti da questi IP nello spam
(ma non spiega se e' questo il motivo).
Poi ne ho trovate altre in passato, ma normalmente e' bastato chiedere
la rimozione.
