Can someone inform us how the honoraria and gages works in Italy.
We (generalists in Belgium) are badly payed by the governement for our
work.
Therefore we want to compare the earnings or honoraria
in Europe with ours.
In Belgium everyone has a mutuel-insurance and is rembousated by this
insurance.- the patient only pays the surplus about 10%)
The classic honoraria by a generalist are 18 ? for a consultation and 25 for
a home visit.
The patient pays directly the docter and is remboursated by the insurance.
My question is : how is the system in Italy and how much
get a generalist pro patient pro consultation?
With collegial greetings
