Anche se da quel che ho visto e' uan figura un po' "schiacciata" tra il
Team Leader ed un Project Manager Junior.
In un progettino "interessante" ho visto una funzione simile svolta da
PM (Junior) che coordinavano i TL di una parte della "filiera" della
produzione (Esempio, Logistica Integrata e Service Desk, mentre un altro
PM sovrintendeva Help Desk ed Onsite) e poi riportavano al PM (Senior)
responsabile del tutto.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides technical leadership for enterprise
information technology efforts, including enterprise application
projects. Plans and oversees the development and support of a specific
IT area or system. Coordinates technical aspects of work for the
successful completion of a project and/or production. Prepares and
utilizes project plans for significant IT development, enhancement and
maintenance efforts. Leads a technical team through project development
phases: analysis, development, implementation, deployment and
production. Establishes goals and provides regular feedback to team
members. Acts as a liaison for the technical team to the project
leadership team and management. Communicates regularly with internal and
external customers. Supervises staff. Performs related responsibilities
as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and six years of information
technology experience or ten years of information technology experience.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
