Can anybody tell me when does the regatta in trieste starts and when is it

Thanx very much for the site .. i'm not quite sure if i interpret it
correctly - am i right that the regatta starts on 1.10. and ends on 13.10. ?

The registration is from 1 to 13 October. The race is sunday 14 October.
